MANUFACTURING AUTOMATION

Streamline your logistics operation with our family of innovative material handling automation technologies

Better process efficiency

Optimised staff productivity

Increased profitability

Automation and innovation is no longer a luxury – it’s a necessity

It’s getting harder and harder to compete in today’s market, with maunfacturuers hit by decreasing margins, increased regulatory requirements and staff shortages.

We believe the answer is to embrace manufacturing automation. Our innovative family of technologies, sourced from some of the most forward-thinking companies, and each one is geared to solving specific problems in the logistics sector. The result – smoother operations, increased profits, more productive staff and happier customers.

Increase manufacturing productivity with a lean supply chain mentality

The lean supply chain is all about removing unnecessary processes and tasks to improve efficiency and profit margin. Our range of automated pallet lifts and AVRs help you cut back on time-consuming manual material handling, increasing your productivity.

Automation in palletising systems

Before automation-based solutions entered factories, warehouse employees had to do the bulk of the work manually. However, workers tire over time or, worse still, pick up injuries that can severely impact their ability to do this manual work. Automation in palletising systems allows you to remove this potential sticking point from your warehouse workflow.

Why is material handling efficiency important?

Logistics operators need to find innovative new ways to improve efficiency and stay competitive. Delayed or disorganised shipments risk losing customers, while a chaotic or unsafe facility can also endanger your workers.

Improving material handling efficiency through automation leads to improved customer service, lower overheads, enhanced worker safety and fewer fulfilment errors – all resulting in happier customers and safer staff.

AMRs make manufacturing operations flexible, adaptable, and scalable

Automation, and specifically autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), can assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing, especially by helping remove the wastes from manufacturing processes.

When coupled with other industry 4.0 technologies – including automated inventory counting and end-to-end stock taking – AMRs help create a smart warehouse that runs efficiently and accurately.

Five simple steps to manufacturing automation

Preparation

A feasibility study is conducted to make sure the proposed site does, indeed, offer an appropriate use case for the intended solution.

Setup

We deliver the robot directly to you. Set it up in your facility and setup the connection for data exchange and remote access.

Mapping

Creation of a digital twin of the facility. It's this map that the robot uses to facilitate its autonomous navigation, so is a critical step of the implementation process.

Testing

Thorough testing is the next step. During this phase, we monitor the system closely to ensure everything is working correctly.

Handover

After testing is complete, the final step is to hand over the “keys” to you. Each new installation contains end user training and a comprehensive support package. We're always on hand to support.
